Recreate Sport, established in 2023, is dedicated to fostering inclusive and enriching sports experiences for individuals of all abilities and backgrounds.
Our mission is to enhance people's development in both their physical and mental health. We ensure enjoyment through personalised 1:1 mentoring, holiday camps, and community coaching, making sure that every participant feels welcomed and supported.
Our coaches are experts in delivering adaptive sports sessions tailored to meet the diverse needs of participants, including those with disabilities and from underrepresented communities.
We believe in breaking down barriers to participation, allowing everyone, regardless of their ability or experience level, to thrive in a supportive and engaging environment. Our approach not only encourages physical well-being but also promotes social inclusion and personal growth.
Mentoring is at the heart of our coaching philosophy. By offering personalised mentoring, we aim to empower participants to build confidence, resilience, and a lifelong love for sport and learning.
Recreate Sport also works closely with schools, local authorities, grassroots clubs, and community organisations, ensuring that our inclusive approach is deeply integrated into the broader community.

Founder
Dan started coaching at 16 with football being the sport he developed his skills in first of all. This allowed him to experience coaching a variety of sports in Primary and Secondary schools before coaching in America for two years. On his return, he developed his skills in inclusion and learnt how to break down activities and tasks before moving to London to take up a sports development role in Rowing. From here, he returned to Bath six years ago with Bath Rugby Foundation overseeing the school and community delivery and further development work with International Mixed Ability Sports. Away from all things rugby and football, you can find him walking his dog, Maisie!
