Inclusive Football Coach Opportunity
Are you passionate about sports and inspiring others? Recreate Sport is looking for an enthusiastic and reliable inclusive football coach to join our team!
About the Role:
As an Inclusive Football Coach, you will lead and support football sessions for adults with learning disabilities and autism. You will create engaging, accessible, and enjoyable sessions that focus on participation, teamwork, confidence-building, and wellbeing.
This role is ideal for someone who understands the power of inclusive sport and can adapt their coaching approach to meet a range of individual needs and abilities.

- Based in Keynsham, BS31
- 1.5 hours per week
- £20 - £25 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver inclusive football sessions in a safe and supportive environment
- Adapt coaching activities to suit different communication and learning styles
- Encourage participation, teamwork, confidence, and independence
- Build positive relationships with participants, families, carers, and support staff
Essential Skills & Experience
- Experience coaching football or delivering sports sessions
- Positive, patient, and encouraging communication style
- Ability to create inclusive and engaging activities
- Understanding of safeguarding and participant wellbeing
- Reliable, organised, and able to work as part of a team
- Passion for inclusion and community sport
Desirable
- FA coaching qualifications
- Experience supporting people with learning disabilities and/or autism
- First Aid and Safeguarding certificates
- Experience working in community sport or disability sport programmes

- Flexible hours to suit your schedule
- Locations in BANES, Wiltshire and Bristol
- Pay from £15 - £25 per hour
- Opportunity to develop coaching skills in a supportive environment
What We're Looking For:
- A positive attitude and passion for coaching
- Experience in sports coaching or working with groups
- Ability to engage and motivate participants
- Relevant coaching qualifications or willingness to obtain them
